Film`s screening has always been a remarkable event in Primorye`s countryside.

Indeed, “Kino-mobile” made the local people excited!
It seems to be quite difficult nowadays to gather provincial people at the cinema, because they are used to watch DVD- movies lying at the sofa. But “Kinotur” program held for the 6th time this year has broken this stereotype.
Just imagine the famous actors who become the provincial quest in Primorye for two weeks.
Famous and beloved actors without any ceremonies appear in the village clubs speaking about their professional and private life, singing, reciting poems, and demonstrating shots from their well-known films. After the performance everyone can take a picture with the star and get the autograph.
On the 9th of September, just before the beginning of the Festival, blue-and-yellow “Kino-mobiles” will leave for the countryside. And, it means that Film Festival will come to every part of Primorsky territory.
Rimma Markova, Zinaida Kirienko, Ludmila Chursina, Svetlana Svetlichnaya, Larisa Golubkina, Valeriy Zolotuhinm Natalya Krachkovskaya, Nikita Zhigurda, Boris Galkin, Eugeniy Zharikov, Natalya Gvozdikova, Irina Pechernikova, Elena Ciplakova and many other famous actors have become the honored quests of Pacific Meridian in previous years.
There is a huge amount of Film Festivals in Russia nowadays, but only our Festival supports such an interesting project. Every year during the “Kinotur” project we conduct more then 100 meetings and visit all the regions of Primorsky territory.
